Ok, I found the problem. I was passing "localhost" as a binding address. Once I passed the machine name, I could connect to it from another machine, however, now I can't connect to a localhost. Can I pass few addresses to bind my ftp with?
Thanks, Oleg. -----Original Message----- From: Koyfman, Oleg Sent: Tuesday, August 03, 2010 2:43 PM To: [email protected] Subject: localhost is working, machine name does not Hi, I am using one of the given examples CommandLine class, and pass it "ftpd-typical.xml" configuration file. The ftp server is running and I can connect to it from my localhost using the name "localhost". But if I try to use it from another machine by its IP or even from the same machine with IP, it fails to connect. I suspect, that there is something with IP bindings, but I couldn't find anything like it in the internet. Does anybody knows what is the problem? Thanks, Oleg.
