....which seems somewhat sad and empty. But that's (mostly) okay - we can get that fixed up as best we can. I'm curious about a few items listed on this page, and hoping someone can answer my questions: * The item for rooms and equipment sponsored - has a price tag of $2000. This is a cost that we are not paying, but a external sponsor is paying / donating, correct? Are there ANY room or equipment costs we need to cover at the event facility? * Printing and materials (Posters and Flyers, etc.) - Are we planning on printing posters and flyers? If so, is the artwork made? Have he posters or flyers been ordered already? Have they already been paid for, and if so, by whom, and how much did they cost? If we haven't, and are planning on doing so, do we know how much it is going to cost? Thanks for your help!
