Have you booked your hotel?
IT would be best if you can do it by yourself as it will be easier for the
check-in.
If it's better for you, we can ask Robyn to book the 3 rooms for you ASAP.
Let me remind you that we don't have the block of room any more, free
rooms are not guarantee.
(There should still be free rooms available, but not for weeks)
