* What do you need covered? (Please estimate the costs in USD: hotel $X,
travel $Y.)
Hotel for the dates 1/16 through either 1/19 or 1/20 depending on
transportation arrangements. Will be either 4 or 5 nights at the standard
FUDCon hotel prices so roughly $250 - $300.
Air or Ground transportation: Flights currently run around $300 and coming
by bus less.
* If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful?

attendance.
* What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as
possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)
NOTE: FADNA Participant
1/17 will be devoted entirely to FADNA where among our goals we will
produce a detailed budget for the subsequent fiscal year based on
decisions made during FADNA concerning our event schedule and anticipated
promotional merchandise needs for the same time period. Among other FADNA
activities I will work on will be to reorganize the FAmNA wiki presence to
reflect current reality and provide easy to find information about current
FAmNA practices so new ambassadors can come up to speed more easily.
1/18-20 will be FUDCon with some overlapping FADNA business. In addition
to working on ambassador and marketing business, I'll be involved in a
variety of Board sessions I expect although the Board has not organized
its activities at FUDCon yet.
* If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such
as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also
let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
While I can do this at any time I am still considering ground travel
options.
* Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend
FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?
