After a lot a work to doing the budget, like you can see in
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon:Cusco_2013_budget, we proceed to
request the necessary funds to cover the expenses of the event. By
example the request for doing t-shirts, print material, these should be
made at least with 20 days in advance.
Notably, we can't receive money via Paypal (since we can't convert it in
local currency), so we want request you that be send to us via Western
Union or a similar service.
