Hello,
I'll not be able to attend fudcon this year.
I want to ask to reassign this fund to Wolnei Tomazelli, who has never
been to a fudcon and he bought air ticket to attend this year, but your
subsidy request was not approved.
I hope that Wolnei can do a great job there.
