Comment (by tatica):
Due to delays on the ticket purchase and this colliding to work, I have to
abstain of traveling to FUDcon Cusco.
Work priorities overlap the travel dates. If so, I can pre-record or give
a live conference through hangout or any similar service.
I'm sorry for all the inconveniences and hope that the budget can be
allocated to someone else or some other item that needs to be paid.
