I had checked few of the flights from Delhi to Beijing for 22nd May 2014
and returning on 26th May 2014:
Malaysia Airlines:INR 41,790
China Southern:INR 42,382
China Eastern:INR 43,234
Hotel: Whatever the organizers could set up. I'll share a room with
another attendee.
* If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful?

* If Yes, specify the minimum amount you need covered to facilitate your
attendance.
A partial subsidy of around 700-800$ would be OK too.(I am not sure if I
have to pay for the hotel)
* What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as
possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)
Although official selected talks list is not out yet. But from the logs it
appears that I have two talks selected. They are Fedora Videos & Fedora
Women. Fedora videos talk would help us to introduce the video group to
the folks who are still not aware of it, and help us to involve new folks
in the videos group.
Fedora women will be more kind of interactive session, it will be towards
discussing the current state of women in FOSS & their involvement in the
Fedora project in APAC. Using this platform I will try to send out a
message so that more women could get involved in the Fedora project.
* If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such
as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also
let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
* Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend
FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?
Yes, about the time limit I am not sure. But I think I will get it within
a month.
* Include any additional, relevant information.
If required I could discuss about the subsidy further, not a big issue.
