Hi Alick,
yes I know my request is really out of deadline and I decided only after
last FAmSCo meeting to attend. I'm fine and quite happy with the granted
subsidy and will pay for all the rest by myself, this means also I'm
booking right now flights and hotel :)
I know also Tuan cannot come to Beijing, so I'd be happy to help where I
can if you wish. I'm going to prepare also some slides and material for a
(lightning)talk about websites, in case of schedule changes this way you
will have a substituting talk available.
To get the visa I need a few days and I filled out the online form for the
invitation letter. Hopefully you can send it to me in time, otherwise I'll
try without, but...will see.
