= phenomenon =
We started with a proposed dates. Now we need to confirm those dates. The
original dates were arranged with the first option as venue. That
university later asked for renting the space. We moved to another
university. New dates are October 23-25.
= reason =
This is to allow students of the university to attend to the event. The
proposed dates were overlapping with mid term tests.
= recommendation =
Wait for confirmation from university.
Confirming date will start all execution of activities: call for papers,
request for local sponsorship, printing of posters, web page lauch, and so
on.
