Unfortunately I can't set default cc based on the component or milestone,
only site-wide. I did set siddhesh as the default owner for the Pune
tickets, though.
I would also like to request that you guys set a full set of milestones by
the end of this coming week. This should include things like decisions on
subsidies. These milestones give required transparency to the community
and also accountability by the event owners. I'll revise this ticket to
put that action on siddhesh for now; it doesn't matter who creates the
schedule, as long as there is one.
