I`d need hotel and flight from Prague to Mumbai (depends, seems like ~450
euro is mean) covered.
* If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful?

This depends on my employers budget and other arrangements (attendance on
other conferences), there is some chance that partial subsidy would
suffice.
* If Yes, specify the minimum amount you need covered to facilitate your
attendance.
No idea at this moment.
* What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as
possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)
I proposed topics for talks which I would like to present, both of which
are related to security lifecycle - one targeted to developers, one more
towards fedora users. Secondly, I`d like to meet with FST team members
from India and discuss state of security - from vuln handling, to pushing
security features (both seem stale. Discuss Fedora Hardened?) Third, I`d
like to get community feedback on Ruby Secure Development guide
(http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-
US/Fedora_Security_Team/1/html/Secure_Ruby_Development_Guide/index.html)
and discuss others, e.g. Secure Python guide.

No time restrictions.
* Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend
FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?
Yes, visa is required for me. According to the Embassy of India in Slovak
Republic they try to process visa requests within 3 days.
