We discussed your ticket in the meeting today and agreed on supporting
your travel request of $20. Please retain your ticket till the conference
for reimbursement.
As for stay, we can make arrangements (and pay) for your accommodation for
the duration of the conference on a twin sharing basis with another
speaker. Please let us know when you will be checking in and checking out
so that we can arrange for the stay accordingly.
