Hi, I created special group https://launchpad.net/~fuel-bugs with bugs assignment permissions. 1. it was needed for those who wants to make bugs triaging (set status, assignment, priority etc) 2. this group has openstack infra bot hudson-openstack<https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Project_Group_Management#Launchpad>, it should help to resolve issue which Vitaliy described (bug wasn't closed automatically after patch was merged). Let me know in case if it still not work.
