Guys, On Monday we will merge Havana-related code into master. Code for 3.2.1 release should be commited to 3.2-fixes branch.
It applies to repositories fuel, fuel-web, fuel-ostf, fuel-astute, fuel-main. In gerrit you can send request to 3.2-fixes branch with 'git review 3.2-fixes' command. If your commit should be sent both to 3.2.1 and 4.0, you need to send request to one branch, checkout another branch, cherry-pick your commit, send second request.
