I've remembered a restriction of LACP bonding -- all interfaces in bond must have the same speed https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1287830 So if a user tries to create a bond with unequal speed interfaces we must forbid that for LACP bond and warn about that for non-LACP bonding.
