Hello, It was it! I missed this new setting in the release not and i have done the deployment as I was used to do it in previous version. After checking the option, everything work correctly with the quota.
Meg, to update the quota you can use the edit quotas form in the tenant panel in horizon or just use the nova quota-update commande from nova API as descirbed in the documentation.
