Ah, yes the email accident - must be responsible for many a firing, not to mention relationship break-ups no doubt.
So easy to press send before brain engages...
Or there are some people, at least one that I know off, just don't care. They see your name and hit reply, no matter how many times you tell them to go off list they never will, even if the email to them was direct they will find your name in their in-box and send to it.
