Can't say I've come across this before.  Are you telling the scrollpane
to update after making changes? Perhaps someone else has seen this.  I
can't imagine the connection speed making a difference.  Where is your
content coming from (db , xml?) and by what mechanism (Flash Remoting,
web service ...).

Just on this issue.. I'm wrestling with an problem where dynamically
generated content within a ScrollPane doesn't get clipped by the
ScrollPane and appears outside of it. Especially on a low speed
connection.
