Obviously, the people at Orange don't have a *clue* what information they handle may or may not be privileged or confidential. It doesn't give anybody warm fuzzies, and attempts by opposing lawyers to subpoena or otherwise obtain *other* e-mails with this same disclaimer may actually succeed if the judge buys the theory that "they're obviously considered the *same* level of confidentiality as this posting of 'I screwed up' to a global mailing list - i.e. not at all confidential and thus fair game".
