How do I create a totally anon mailbox as required by the sox ?
Go to Home Depot and get one, along with a post and some concrete. I
assume you've already got a shovel.
Pick an obscure location and start digging ;)
Seriously though .. as it pertains to email, I suppose the only real way
would be something like creating an anonymous service using tor
(tor.eff.org) and hosting a webmail server on it.
