With all due respect, c0ntex, it may specifically be “off-topic” but has everything to due with professional respect, and being able to communicate a simple idea.  Communicate a simple idea that does not have the reader literally falling out of his / her chair in an upheaval of laughter and wondering under what rock these “contributors” crawled out from.

The concept is continuing education in all aspects of your chosen discipline.  Wallowing in lameness, BTW, does not seem to bother a lot of contributors.  When the “bar” is on the floor, the only way to go is up, or take another hit off the pipe.

God, I love this list.
