Defense-in-depth seems to be an example of when security systems become both more complex and more secure. But it's hard to classify that as an 'emergent' property of the system. I'd hesitate to call any accidental property of a system a security feature. Regards, Brian _______________________________________________ Full-Disclosure - We believe in it.
