Voluntary? No-one had a referendum and asked the British people if they wanted wave after wave of foreign invaders committimg crimes, pinching employment and throwing hissy fits every time that British law doesn't fit with their own ideas.

If the French economy were more dynamic and its labor laws less constricting, the unemployed would likely have less trouble finding jobs and being productive members of society. Instead, they fester in boredom and frustration.
