Where in the patriot act and/or the patriot act part duce, or any of the
recent legislation voted to limit liberties and the freedoms we'd come
accustomed to, does it state these are only *temproary* measures?  What
are the time contratints built into those legislations?  Lw has this
interesting characteristic, presidents carry wieght far beyond the format
that defines them.
