One thing about that incident we *do* know. It won't be the Iraqis helping that kid recover. As far as chemical weapons goes, if you really honestly believe Iraq didn't have any, go to northern Iraq and tell the Kurds they're lying and all their dead children were killed by aliens. See if they don't disagree with your long distance analysis.
