I also love the point about visiting the Microsoft web site for the updates and 
patches.  Yeah, Microsoft update service has proven to be a bad tool for making sure 
there own products are up to date. What about telling Microsoft to write a better 
update service that actually checks to make sure the patches are installed rather then 
based on partial information. Be is file dates or existence of files.
