I did it by setting up DrWeb antivirus software, that works quite nice with Postfix (and IMHO is the best FREE antivirus daemon for *nix servers). I turned off bounce email notification to the "sender" of the virus (with this evil virii they are innocent in 99,9% of cases), so it is already less traffic out there :)
