You should be aware that MAC addresses can be forged as well. Just to give
you a quick example, the -m parameter of the ancontrol(1) utility on FreeBSD
allows this modification for Aironet cards. 

While it raises the bar of course, I wouldn't rely on this alone as an
access restriction.
