Why can't most people see the obvious?

Known facts:
a) Company "A" has the resources to fix ANYTHING on this planet.
b) _MANY_ people complain that company "A"'s product is "broken".
c) Company "A" doesn't fix the product.

I disagree with the known fact a) :)
company m$ have cash, but they are just a bunch of amateurs who can't fix anything :)

Yes, but they have enough "cash" that they could probably buy your services, now don't they?  They can afford to hire highly skilled, but expensive, contractors if they wanted to. They just choose to continue producing inferior products with their "bunch of amateurs" because of the almighty dollar. The bottom line is all that matters.
