I have seen these files... personaly I find it hard to belive the NT / 2k base is bigger that a 200mb zip. What it does look like is a core subset of some parts of windows with sources. I can bet that what is in the release was heavily audited and not realy a "loss" in anyones book.
The kernel32 source is there. Enough said.
