Republican Party has decided they don't need to pay for bandwidth to serve non-voters.

there are 600,000 americans living here in canada who are eligible to vote in this election.  how many of them are locked out of this site?  how about soldiers overseas?  how many of them are deployed right now?  can they browse this site?  how many vote-eligible americans are living in another country or traveling right now?
