Nope - it depends on how you install Nautilus, though. I know that on a number of RH systems I've had to configure lately, Mozilla is a dependancy (not firefox) because Nautilus seems to use it. (at least in RH - my recollection of whether it's available as a dependancy in the Nautilus source code is hazy, it's been a long time since I've compiled GNOME and it will most likely be an even longer time before I do it again.)
