This will not be applied because of base64 encoded binary files in the
patch.
See my later note about why this is bad.
Since these patches are quite verbose, I would suggest you start a
branch on github that we can pull from, as this saves the lengthy emails
to the mailing list and also saves us from having to run "git add"
commands on new files.

If anyone is sending in a medium sized patchset and doesn't want to deal
with Github, that is of course still perfectly ok, though for repeat
contributers that is very very helpful.
