Changed some more to this module:
* Renamed makeitso() method to make_it_so() to improve readability
* Fixed some string/integer mixups when handling VLAN IDs, I'm now only
using strings.
* Speed optimization for add_permanent() method (and all methods
depending on it: write()): Don't run ifup if the interface is already up.
