Use EPEL testing, it comes out faster.
EPEL-standard stuff has to wait for a monthly push. (Testing is a
misnomer for EPEL, it just is that way)
If you see something not hopping over into normal EPEL in a month, let
someone here know so we can ping the EPEL folks.
