Tried it on RHEL5.4, CentOS 5.5 and CentOS 4.8, same outcome. It
does not segfault on OSX.
Tried just:
from OpenSSL import crypto
xt = crypto.X509Extension('basicConstraints',0 ,'CA:FALSE')
