Every single entity on the face of this earth requires to be updated to
fulfill the ideal purpose of its being.

Even a needle that apparently looks sharp needs to be polished and
cleaned for being put into a fruitful usage.

An unused needle though sharp becomes rusted and unsuitable for use.

Using a rusted needle for sewing would require investment of lot of
energy, effort & time. Moreover it can cause septic if hurt by mistake.

Thus an idle lying needle is harmful and is a matter of risk & loss to
the owner.

If a small needle can matter so much; just think about the bigger helping
aids of our life……..

Hence, it is ideally in the favour of the owner not to let their needle
remain idle and remember to polish the Idle needle regularly.

So – Let us learn to clean, polish, pamper, maintain & value every big n
small thing (living or non living) in our life.

Aim at becoming an Ideal Needle and not Idle Needle.

      The Winners

The winners in life have always known how to live full-out in the
present, while also planning (and acting) for their future. They know how to
enjoy the moment, while resisting the temptation to act impulsively. They know
how to plan, and how to implement the plan day by day. They know the future is
"where it's at." They know the future will not take care of itself unless they
plant the seeds and prepare in advance.

Inspiration for Success: Alexander Graham Bell

Alexander Graham Bell (1847 - 1922) was the inventor of the telephone

Success is following your heart. Throughout his life, Bell had been
interested in the education of deaf people. Pursuing this interest ultimately
led him to the invention of the telephone.

Success is having vision. Shortly after the telephone's invention, Bell
had written to his father, "The day is coming when telegraph wires will be laid
on to houses just like water or gas – and friends will converse with each other
without leaving home."

Success is being a keen observer. Bell was a gifted pianist, who as a
teenager, noticed that a chord struck on one piano would be echoed by a piano
in another room. He realized that whole chords could be transmitted through the
air, vibrating at the other end at exactly the same pitch. In the years to
come, this simple observation would eventually lead him to the creation of the
telephone.

Success is asking the right questions. Bell hoped to convey several
messages simultaneously, each at a different pitch. However, he could not see a
way to make-and-break the current at the precise pitch required. He would
eventually find the answer to his question, "How could pitch be conveyed along
a wire?"

Success is overcoming adversity. Alexander Graham Bell had his share of
personal tragedies. In the late 19th century when Tuberculosis was at its peak,
the disease claimed the lives of both of his brothers within the span of four
months. Bell himself was battling the disease when, at age 23, he moved with
his parents to Canada.

Success is generosity. In testimony to the effectiveness of his work and
generosity of his spirit, Helen Keller would dedicate her autobiography to
Alexander Graham Bell.

Success is promotion. Alexander Graham Bell introduced the telephone to
the world at the Centennial Exhibition in Philadelphia in 1876.

Success is continuing to do what you are passionate about. After Bell
became rich and famous for his invention of the telephone, he continued to make
contributions to the world of science and technology though his inventions.

Success is sharing. Eager to infuse a love of science and the natural
world in others, Bell lent considerable financial and editorial support to both
Science Magazine and National Geographic.

      Be Different

To make a difference, you often must be different. It takes courage and
confidence to go against the grain of negativity that surrounds you, and such
courage can bring great rewards.

Where others see only doom and gloom, look for the bright glimmer of
opportunity. For it is most certainly there.

When everyone is looking for someone to blame for what has already
happened, turn your focus toward the future. Exploring the current
possibilities will create infinitely more value than arguing over past
failures.

When you encounter rudeness and irritation, generously offer your own
polite and confident patience. When you bump up against the arrogance of
another person, melt it away with your own sincere, self-assured humility.

Just because everyone is heading in a negative direction doesn't mean you
must go that way too. On the contrary, it's a valuable opportunity for you to
set a positive example.

In times of great difficulty and stress, choose to be a beacon of
encouragement, understanding and positive purpose. Be different, and you can
truly make a valuable positive difference.

Holding back will not move you ahead. When you put forth an effort, make
it a full effort, not a half-hearted one. Enthusiasm and energy will carry you
past almost any obstacle.

Immerse yourself fully in whatever you're doing, and your results will be
spectacular. Those endeavors out of which you get the most value are the ones
into which you most ardently and persistently put yourself.

To get more from life, jump into it all the way. Take part. Participate.
Make a difference. Speak up. Get off the sidelines and get in the game.

Rather than running or hiding from those troubling aspects of your life,
find a way to get involved so you can exert a positive influence on them.
Instead of handing out complaints, offer helpful suggestions and take positive
action.

If something is important enough to invest your precious time in, then
it's important enough to invest your commitment, attention and enthusiasm in as
well. Don't just work -- achieve. Don't just exist -- live. Get everything you
can from each moment by putting in everything you have.
