A Los Angeles judge declared a mistrial on Friday in the theft and
embezzlement trial of a Swedish former videogame executive who made
worldwide headlines by destroying a rare $1 million Ferrari in a
spectacular Malibu crash.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg declared a mistrial
in the case of 44-year-old Bo Stefan Eriksson after jurors, who had
been deliberating for about a day, said they could not agree on verdicts.
