Also Guinness Beef Stew: Take your favorite beef stew recipe and substitute Guinness where you would normally use water. And a little known Barbecue Secret I picked up down south: When ever grilling out, take your bone-in-meat (Chicken or Ribs) and before putting them on the grill, pour three bottles of your favorite beer and two bottles of water into a pot, bring to a boil, then drop the meat into the pot and boil for 30-45 min. Take the meat out and plop it on the grill and cook as you normally would.
