Take your favorite beef stew recipe and substitute Guinness where you
would normally use water.

And a little known Barbecue Secret I picked up down south:

When ever grilling out, take your bone-in-meat (Chicken or Ribs) and
before putting them on the grill, pour three bottles of your favorite
beer and two bottles of water into a pot, bring to a boil, then drop
the meat into the pot and boil for 30-45 min. Take the meat out and
plop it on the grill and cook as you normally would.

This will ensure that the meat is falling off the bone when you are
finished grilling
