Heh. Brasil would be better off rounding up the "bancobrasil" gangs as a 
higher priority but I can understand the angst of being a celebitty. 

 The Judge needs to get in contact with Senator Ted Stevens (R, AK) and get a 
technical overview of the internet. Once the judge understands the technology 
and the limitations to the demands, he can then order dumptrucks to start 
filling up the tubes that end up in Brasil. O problema resolveu!   (grin)
