Hey, great! So I guess the "War on drugs" you've been fighting for the

This problem started, in my memory, 20 years ago. Maybe other people can 
remember even more. 20 years of education hasn't solved it.

The reason is that, although to you and I, computer security is at the top 
of our minds - that's because we're in that field. To the ordinary guy, 
his priorities are 1) do your job and 2) go home. Computer problems - he 
calls you about.
