"The National Bureau of Investigation is investigating some 250 cases of credit card 
and bank card fraud in Vantaa[, Finland]. About 70,000 euros had been withdrawn from cash 
machines in Russia with copies of the cards."

This shortened version of Finnish language article doesn't include information 
that there was an unknown device connected to to cash machine. But they need 
the PIN code in local system too, it is not known how they managed to get PIN 
codes (to use ATMs).
