Whilst that is debatable, as pointed out by others already, particularly in light of his probable readership, assuming we may allow a degree of verisimilitude to your observation, to the extent that it is true, that is at least partly due to him having been saying much the same things, in variously differently clever ways for so long that at least some of what he has been saying is now seen as "obvious" by at least some of those who now so claim it.
