I doubt it.

That proves only that you know where Waldo is in *some* picture, not
necessarily *this* picture.

Unless you place, or remove, the opaque screen in front of the other
person, in which case I maintain it borders on impossible to not give
away at least a general area wherein Waldo is to be found.
