I have a *very big* problem with making the camera feeds publicly accessible
(and against cameras in general)....

There are enough perverts walking the streets looking for children to
molest/rape/kill/chop up into bits/etc. I certainly don't want those same
perverts access to cameras that will literally follow my kids home.

Nor do I want those criminals access to the same cameras that can watch to
see if anyone's around.

NO, the argument that they'll be caught on the same cameras when they catch
child doesn't help at all... Especially when those criminals really don't care
if they get caught... Or if they just wear a big coat with a hood to cover
themselves up...

OK, even if those perverts never touch a child and just stay home watching
these feeds, that's bad enough....

Yes, I'm totally completely against cameras on the street in the US like in
the UK....

felonious douchebaggery to only allow the Watchers and Criminals access
to these systems. How about making the surveillance systems available to
anyone via public multicast?

I don't have a problem with this. Make them all public channels.
