Internet security company VeriSign said Chief Financial Officer Dana Evan has resigned and that it filed certain restated reports with U.S. regulators. Former senior Vice President, Finance and Controller, Bert Clement, has been named CFO, the company said in a statement. The company said it filed its restated results for 2006, and second and third quarters of 2006, after a review of its past stock option grants.
