At the CCC Camp there was a lot of chatter about it, mostly waiting
for a prosecution attempt with the law since it's not been tested yet.
All felt it was very chilling but nothing that wasn't expected from a
knee-jerk reactionary group of lawmakers who don't understand
technology.

We shot a potato gun at SCO CDs to vent our frustration and increase
joy however. That helped a lot. :)

If you take your stuff to Germany, store it on an encrypted drive just
to be safe (paranoid). The law isn't really that clear AFAIK so
enforcement could be a real big problem. Phenoelit has already made
the political statement by moving everything of theirs to a U.S.
server at http://www.phenoelit-us.org/ - they didn't want to be the
first test case. :)
