Where is this "Wild West"? I live in what could be called the birthplace of the OLD wild west and we have concealed carry and a poop-load of gun owners - yet in all my years I have yet to enjoy a good shootout! Oh, wait, even in the OLD wild west these things were rare so now that we're more "civilized" I shouldn't expect to see such spectacles...too bad, always enjoy them in the movies.
