It would have no effect whatsoever. Those shooting the bullets in a
war aren't paying for them.

Bullet prices right now appear to be linked to two things: ongoing war
in the middle east; China's lead appetite.

There have also been several stupid laws passed in recent years which
govern the importation of ammunition.
